Step 1: AWARENESS. Most people have no idea what they're consuming on a daily basis. In the first module, you'll use a detailed food log where you not only write down what you ate and how much, but you'll get the chance to learn more about your eating patterns and how your food choices impact you.
STEP 2: LEARN HOW TO TRACK. Now that you've gotten the chance to log your food, we're going to learn how to input it into a food tracking app like MyFitnessPal. While this might seem simple, most people are actually not logging their food correctly and/or are not simplifying this process so it takes them forever, which makes them feel lost as to why they're not seeing results. In this module, you'll learn exactly how to track so you're confident that what you're logging is accurate and will lead you towards your goals!
STEP 3: DATA ANALYSIS. Now that we can see the entire picture of what you ate and how you felt, it's time to analyze the data! You'll learn how to approach your food choices with curiosity, rather than judgment, so you can eliminate food guilt and better understand what signals your body is giving you.
